The Lake Spa Hotel SEELEITEN is located in direct proximity to Lake Kaltern, amid of vineyards and the breathtaking landscape of Southern South Tyrol. At the SEELEITEN, luxurious rooms and luxury suites that partially have a sauna and a whirlpool will accommodate you, most of them with a magnificent view of Lake Kaltern. The kitchen staff surprises you with Alpine-Mediterranean creations – a perfect symbiosis of South Tyrolean dishes and Mediterranean influences on the highest level – day by day. As a member of Vinum Hotels Südtirol, we offer a well-sorted wine cellar, wine tastings with sommelier and host Franz Moser as well as interested guided tour in wineries.

You will find everything that makes a relaxing vacation perfect in our world of beauty and wellness on 3,600m²: The beauty farm Ninfea with modern treatments and high-quality products, the new adults-only sauna area Sensea with Finnish panoramic sauna, steam bath, bio sauna, three themed relaxation rooms and indoor/outdoor infinity pool (about 32 °C). The family sauna area offers 5 different saunas and a relaxation room as well as the light-flooded indoor pool with whirlpool and children's pool. A natural outdoor pool (about 28 °C from April to October) with high water quality without chlorine, white sand beach and sole grotto is waiting for you in the Mediterranean garden with olive trees, cypresses and palm trees.
Private lake access & weekly programmes
The hotel offers a private property with beach and access to Lake Kaltern only for guests directly at the lake. As well, there is a pedal boat and SUP rental. Varied week-programs for the whole family are waiting for you at the SEELEITEN too. Active holidaymakers, families with kids, or bon vivants and people who are looking for relaxation will feel like in paradise.
